Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually a full-time job. As a mental health counselor in the Buffalo NY area, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients as well as the individuals within the community and will go above and beyond to cater to their needs.

I truly care for all of my clients and my community as a whole, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2014, I have worked with a variety of individuals in various settings dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Counselor

August 2020- June 2022

During my time here I worked as an MHC, LMHC-P, and CASAC-T. I provided Individual therapy to those struggling with addiction. Along with that I also provided mental health treatment to help cope with the stressors of living life sober. Relying on strength-based practices to allow each of my patients to discover what is healthy vs unhealthy coping skills. I also provided groups focusing on Early Recovery and Relapse Prevention.

October 2014- January 2016

During this time, I worked with children ages 12-18 years old. I taught basic life skills using effecting CBT based interventions through one on one or group settings. I also worked with families to assist in healing broken family dynamics and help strengthen family relationships.
